Moss Wood Semillon 2022

This 100% Semillon needs to be served around 10-12*C, certainly not too cold since it covers up the wonderful aromas of lychees, ripe gooseberry, and honeysuckle. The palate is dry, slightly rich and fat, yet with tremendous energy and bright acidity that wakes up all the senses. Fantastic persistence leading to a slightly saline textured finish. A fantastic Bordeaux dry style Semillon that should not be missed.
