Faust Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Faust works with producers from cooler sub-AVAs such as Oak Knoll, Yountville, Stag’s Leap, Rutterford and Coombsville. The nose contains notes of dark cassis, redcurrant compote, black pepper, cocoa, baking spices and cool mint. The palate is old school, a little austere yet with bright red fruit and herbal notes, which leads to a fleshy mid-palate, subtle tannins, and a soft savoury finish.
