Burn Cottage Pinot Noir 2021

Wow! What a nose, I could smell this all day! Aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, red current, liquorice, rosemary, mint, spice, forest floor and black pepper. The palate is medium-bodied, bright and focused, with cool dark crunchy berry fruit, finely grained tannins, slightly meaty character and fresh herbs. The mid-palate was well structured and persistent, leading to a long finish.
